About Us

Eddie Ferry owns and runs a successful garage in Ramelton and has had an interest in vintage and classic cars for many years, having acquired his first such vehicle in 1964. He now possesses a large collection of vintage and classic cars.

In 1989 the interest in the county was such that he and his daughter, Elaine Boyce who has worked in the family business on a full-time basis for 10 years, formed the Donegal Vintage and Classic Car Club (D.V.C.C.C.). Since then the club has continued to grow and now boasts some 80 members, from both Donegal and Northern Ireland. In July of each year, the club holds it Annual Rally, which assembles in Ramelton and tours the north of the county for 3 hours. The rally is attended by drivers from throughout the Republic and Northern Ireland.
